2、及时完成作业，我的作业从来不会欠交，因为我总会利用在学校的空余时间完成作业。

4、合理的分配我的时间，我在班上当副班长，还是英语课代表，学校的值日生等等，平时的午休时间我要帮助班主任管好班上的纪律，下课时间我要看看班上有没有同学违反纪律，所以我的学习时间会比其它同学少一点，但是我发现我只要做到了“学习时候认认真真的学习，工作时候专心的工作，玩的时候开开心心的玩。”我就会有充足的时间进行学习。

95年我偶然有一个机会到了美国，发现了互联网。回来以后请了24个朋友到我家里，大家坐在一起，我说我准备从大学里辞职，要做一个互联网。2个小时后大家投票表决，23人反对，1人支持。大家觉得这个东西肯定不靠谱，别去做那个，你电脑也不懂，而且根本不存在这么个网络。

但是我经过一个晚上我想啊，第二天早上我决定我还是辞职，去实现我自己的梦想。那为什么要这样呢?

我发现，今天我回过头来想，我看到很多优秀的年轻人，是晚上想想千条路，早上起来走原路。晚上出门之前说明天我要干这个事，第二天早上仍旧走自己原来的路线。

如果你不去采取行动，不给自己梦想一个实现的机会，你永远没有机会。所以呢我稀里糊涂的走上了创业之路，我把自己称做是一个盲人骑在一只瞎的老虎背上，所以根本不明白将来会怎样。

但我坚信，我相信互联网将会对人类社会有很大的贡献。当时95年不太有人相信互联网，也不觉得有这么个互联网会对人类有这么大的贡献。所以我用了比尔盖茨的名字，那时候我觉得互联网将改变人类生活的方方面面。但是马云说，马云说互联网将改变人类生活的方方面面，将没有人相信我，所以然后我就说比尔盖茨说互联网将改变人类生活的方方面面，结果很多媒体就把这句话登了出来。但是这句话是我说的，95年比尔盖茨还反对互联网。

有了一个理想以后，我觉得最重要是给自己一个承诺，承诺自己要把这件事情做出来，很多创业者都想想这个条件不够，那个条件没有，这个条件也不具备，该怎么办?

我觉得创业者最重要的是去创造条件，如果机会都成熟的话，一定轮不到我们。所以呢一般大家都觉得这是个好机会，一般大家都觉得机会成熟的时候，我认为往往不是你的机会。你坚信这件事情能够做起来的时候，给自己一个承诺说，我准备干五年、干十年、干二十年把它干出来!我相信你会走得很久。

因为七八年以前，阿里巴巴没有名气，我们没有品牌、没有资金，人们也不一定相信电子商务，那时候非常难招聘用工，同事非常难招聘进来，我们开玩笑说，街上只要会走路的人，不是太残疾我们都招回来了。

但是经过了五六年，我们这些人居然都很有钱，大家都有成就感。为什么?我觉得就是因为我们相信，我们是平凡的人，我们相信我们一起在做一些事情，所以我觉得创业者给自己一个梦想，给自己一个承诺，给自己一份坚持是极其关键的!

另外，我想创业者，一定要想清楚三个问题。

第一，你想干什么，不是你父母要你干什么，不是你同事让你干什么，也不是因为别人在干什么，你需要干什么，而是你自己到底想干什么。

想清楚想干什么的时候，你要想清楚：我该干什么?而不是我能干什么。

创业之前，很多人问，我有这个，我有那个，我能干这个，我能干这个，所以我一定会比别人干得好，我一直坚信，这个世界上比你能干，比你有条件干的人很多，但比你更想干好这个事情，应该全世界只有你一个人。

这样你就有机会赢，所以想清楚想干什么，然后就要想清楚该干什么，该干什么，也要明白自己不该干什么?在创业的过程中，四五年以内，我相信任何一家创业公司都会面临很多的抉择和机会，在每个抉择和机会中，你是不是还像在第一天，像自己初恋那样，记住自己的第一天的梦想，这个至关重要!在原则面前，你能不能坚持，在诱惑面前你能不能坚持原则，在压力面前你能不能坚持原则?

最后想清楚想干什么，该干什么以后，再给自己说，我能干多久，我想干多久?这件事情该干多久就干多久!所以我想九年的经历告诉我，没有条件的时候，只要你有梦想，只要你有良好的团队，坚定地执行，你是能够走到大洋地那一岸。

现在外面有很多写阿里巴巴如何成功，如何不错地书。说实在的，没有一本书我看过的，也没有一本书是我自己写的，或者是我接收过采访的。我觉得，将来我想写一本，阿里巴巴一千零一个错误，我们犯的错误非常的多。

最后我想所有创业者，和所有准备创业的人，还是每天我跟自己说的那句话：今天很残酷，明天更残酷，但后天很美好，绝大部分人死在明天晚上!所以我们必须每天努力面对今天!
