首先,我们要用“风驰剪”把蟹腿、蟹钳剪去,然后就可以拿出“日月镊”把里面的肉完整地取出来,这一步让我惊叹不已,要知道我以前可是把它们弃之不理的呢!
接着,就要开始“解剖”了。我们先把蟹放在“青铜镦”上,用“狼牙锤”锤锤蟹壳周围,然后拿出“乾坤斧”在蟹壳未端一撬,蟹壳就被打开了。看着色彩鲜艳的蟹黄,我的口水直往外涌,深深吸上一口,顿时唇齿留香,真不愧凤髓龙肝之美称啊。
